The sponge fucking ruins the Invisible Shield. I ended up getting so much shit stuck underneath the shield, and it never got wet enough for easy application. I will not buy any more Zagg products until the bring back the spray bottle. As it is now, the Invisible Shield is fucking shit. Do not buy it, you will waste your money like I did.

I will hunt down and kill whoever thought the sponge was a good idea. It's not. The installation card is also fucking retarded. It's a piece of shit. I have applied an invisible shield before, and it was easy with the squeegee and spray bottle. It's just fucking retarded now.

intalled it today with the sponge, i tell u its better that they have the sponge BECUZ the sponge puts the moisture equally unlike the spray, but the installation itself is still veryy hard and the guy in the video makes it look easy as shit!

Why did they change it to a sponge, the spray seems easier to use. I got the sponge and not the spray -_- Oh well, it's not all bad

what happen with that sponge tool..is it harder to use? oh men...just opened my package yesterday...and it comes with that..SPONGE instead of spray. Now i doubt whether i am gonna install my IS on my HD2 or not....perhaps better use my casemate barely there instead....

I did my first install today!

Got it done in 7 mins, the sponge was annoying, so I squeezed out all the liquid to a little spray container I had, and now it sprays!

Well I was going to buy an invisibleSHIELD for my ipod touch, but learned of the new 'sponge' type application. Congratulations Zagg, I will never buy another of your products until the 'spray' method comes back. I had no problem installing it on my phone. BodyGuardz here I come.

my only advice is, don't use the squeegee card or any type of squeegee for that matter, because THEY SCRATCH THE SKIN. just use your fingers, and best of luck to everyone with these damn things.

It used to come with a rubber squeegee too. Now it comes with a hard plastic card instead.

I prefer the spray as well. If mine comes with the sponge, I'm gonna refund Invisible Shield and buy the Bodyguardz shields that use the sprays instead.

I got my Iphone 3G s today along with my InvisibleSHIELD needless to say the front was easy to install but the back was so hard and tricky it eventually stuck to it's self and was unusable which kinda suck's but i think i will buy another one, i think the packs are different in countries as i live in england and i didnt get one of those trays.
