The man loved the girl when he was a kid til he was an adult. When the girl gotten leukemia, she wanted to break up with him so that he would not suffer with her but the guy insisted and asked her to marry him. They shared the leftover days with happy moments. When she is going to die, the man hold in his sadness and gave her a smile, letting her know that he is happy with her and bringing her back the happy memories they had together. After she died, the man poured out his sadness.
