Y U NO GRUNT in practice and only in matches? Is it because you have to distract other players in order to win?

@zakmatt2002 Many players do it :) Help them hit ball harder.+Also it distracts oponent.Some palyers turn back to their oponents whiel theyre on retrun or serve.+She grunts you can hear it in some parts of video
