I believe human on earth are just using war as a way to short the population on earth. Think about it, why there are so many war going on. Imagine there's no war at all since the age of man. Today there wouldn't be any land left for human to live. From what i believe, war will never stop. It will happen again and again. God created us but he can't control our though. He gave us free will. It's up to human to decide.
KHMER AND LAO don't like viet, I'm sure. Vietnam is a bad neighbore, even Thailand is also not a good neihbor either. These 2 neighbors are keep stealing khmer and lao territories. You see how close China and U.S.A are today? China were the backers of Khmer Rouge. This is what Western policy toward Cambodian: if you're with our enemy, you're also our enemy. Sounds familiar to Bush's statement after 9/11? "If you're not with us, you're with the terrorists." Then, comes Iraq invasion with no evidence of WMD. Same policy different times.
