The negotiations needs to part of a humanitiatrian exchange deal where FARC would release it's remaining hostages in exchange for political prisoners or farc memebr being released, and thier safety being garauntteed so that all parties and set at the negotiating table and sign a peace deal, that would get breached by the colmbian government like it did in the 19080s and 1990s. 1. Continue with the indictment and arrest of Curropt memeber of the government with links to the paramilitaries.

3. Demand that all sides drop their arms release prisoners and hostages and negociate.
