they got an auto vette w/o z51? if they wanted it to handle they would have got a z51. the only people who buy corvettes w/o z51 package dont care about handling. it consts $5k so it still would have been way less than the boxter. they got the "S" boxter, why not get a z51 corvette? i am mystified at C&D sometimes.

@weedymcweed1 having owned both the vette and z4 i can honestly say the vette is FASTER but the z4 is an overall BETTER QUALITY car... it just depends what you're looking for.

149 mph for USA spec cars....dunno why...and US 35i has the same brake as the european 30i.....strange things happen to bmw powerplant...

OMG. I never would have expected the Boxster to the vette in 0-60 at 4.3 seconds??? that's crazy. and 0.4secs faster than Porsche website specs. they really don't want the Boxster to shine too much do they?--for what it could do to sales of big brother....
