@rayx167 Nah, I love older peeps if they have a positive attitude. Even if not i still show respect to them becasue in reality they wet throguh alot of shit like wars, depressions, sickness that younger people now don't have to deal with. It's just a joke. Good 4 u, abs are hard to get...biggfest thing is to eat properly...lots of protein, eggs chicken tuna every 3-4 hours. Without it u can't build any muscle, no matter how hard to train. Keep working and I guarantee the guns will pop!
