Good opening, I love each of the major characters' intro and description, the song is ok. But you couldn't you have made an intro for the Detective Boys or Junior Detective League, the Detectives, and such. JDL do not belong to the Black Organization.
@maidenofthelight Those introductions were actually taken directly from episode 425. They were only made for those characters since they were relevant to the episode.
....you pretty much plagiarize Bowlingdora, unless you have his/her permission to post this video (which I doubt since Bowlingdora's is still up on youtube).
