  • When i go fishing for bluegill or bass, i just usually get a good size chunk of the worm and put it on the hook so tht way u can just fish longer and keep ur bait longer

  • i used worms on the river and nailey caught a trout

  • You're adorable. I would definitely go fishing with you. Thanks for the bait lesson!

  • i found that everytime i put my worm on like that the fish just rip it off so i like to feed the worm onto the hook starting at the head and going all the way down through the ass end of the worm. when i do that fish never seem to rip it off

  • pure cruelty

  • I view the worm much like a tube and start at the tail end, don't go past the "clitellem" that broad band on the worm, that is where all the vital functions are. But I thread the hook length wise through the tube a few times and ready to go.

  • 1:00 and that's how you catch nothing but feed the fish. i hook a worm like 10 times and never lose a worm unless i catch like 3 or 4 fish first except those sneaky bluegill >.<

  • @36drifterboy Agreed

  • vid does not suck it was ok

  • video sucks

  • poor worm.......i use fake ones

  • amen i always lace the wormthrew the hooh and leave the tail wiggling about a half inch or so that way they dont rob the bait and it looks normal to the fish! but ya i agree with jamesd750

  • How come all of the people i see on expert village always stutter and sound mentally challenged?

  • @EmbrunFalcon91 Cause they are village idiots...

  • GENERALLY GENERALLY GENERALLY GENERALLY GENERALLY GENERALLY SAY NORMALLY FOR ONCE

  • putting the worm on the hook like that will cost you a lot of money and time because 90% of the time the fish will take it without getting hooked esp if there are a lot of pan fish where you are fishing

  • country boys dont need any fishing poles... ;)

  • keep up the hard work, very soon you could become a masterbaitor

  • @cuff1957 stop putting the same comment on every fishing video because u just sound stupid come up with some thing original

  • Here in Georgia, we mostly use the wigglers and what are called big red worms, many types of fish wil bite them, every now again even bass bite live worms, I got a bass last year that was over 5 pounds on a bream buster pole, because the bass bit the live worm ! My favorite live bait are minnows though, I tear up the crappie and cats with the minnows ! If you use a size 4 hook, you can bring in anything from a small bream to a big cat or bass, just make sure the end of the hook is covered up.

  • 0:00 lets you skip the add

  • I feed the worm up through the hook so the hook is concealed-caught a white trout with a fly rod, bait fishing yesterday...(over a pound in weight)

  • uh huh! how do you hook a worm other than "generally"? WTF why do i continue to watch this stuff? just to lmao i guess.

  • Good video.

  • Don't be rude to him guys, he's just wanted to help those first timer and some experience fishermen. Great job for sharing your video tips.

  • @je0670 I agree......Thanks man. I went out today for first time, didn't catch anything. Your video is helpful like je0670 says. I will go back and try worms.

  • as soon as this came on i could smell the dirt

  • idiot

  • that guy didn't look so bright. Im just saying...

  • the fish can just carry it away

  • He did show the correct way of hooking it. Less stress on the worm and it will be able to squirm more freely and naturally then if you hook it through 3-4 times...albeit you will lose more worms. If you're spending about 3 bucks for a box of worms maybe you'll secure it better, but I personally can get unlimited amount of nightcrawlers at my lake so I just hook it loose. The best bait of all time.

  • ur supposed to stick the hook thew the worm about 4 times,so the fish cant just ripp it of

  • yea exactly..the way he did it the fish is gonna take that right off, or even fall off on the cast..do it 4-5 times

  • that worms fukd

  • all stick with my rapala:)

  • It helps sometimes if you hook a rather bigger worm a few times. 3-5 time, so that the fish won't bite the worm and rip it right off there. That way you have a better chance of hooking a fish. Good fishing. ;)

  • yeah but not to much becuase yuou wnt the fish to bite it when it see it, you want the worm to move that is what gets the fish to bite

  • worms who would have thought. Ill have to try them sometime.

  • lol

  • u have never tried worms? lol thats the best bait there sold every where during the summer

  • No need to buy them, just go into your garden when it's about to get dark, shine a torch onto the grass and up they will come. Failing that, beat a spade on the ground a few time and the inquisitive worms will come out for a look.

  • Yah, that's the old school way & it works great!

  • wow.....THATS WAS THE FIRST BAIT EVER!!!

  • loollolol
