I like how McCready just stayed out of all the power struggles and prima donna shit that has gone on in PJ over the years. There is no PJ today without him. Ed and Stone have both had to openly acknowledge Mikes greatness, even though they both wanted to fire him during the Vitalogy sessions. Thank God for Mike McCready!

@HaLfDeAdArtist1 - I believe its because he feels that in order to change and evolve as a human being, overcoming difficulties, you need first to work with yourself, make some efforts yourself - but than again, we can only imagine. My thoughts on that matter come mainly from interpreting two parts of the lyrics: "how I choose to feel is how I am" and "oh, life comes from within your heart and desire". Sorry for any mistakes on the typing or construction, english is not my first language! =)

I saw this when it aired. It was a bad time in my life. My cable had been shut off. I was leeching off of neighbors wireless. My wife and I were broke financially and with our marriage. This came on one night and it was inspiration. It did change my life. Once again these guys came into my life when I needed them. Just like they did 17 years ago when me and my wife first met. Mike is a God. Play it again man
