2.4L engine on stock boost you going to produce more HP even with the mods listed on the SRT.
This is like comparing apple and oranges, seriously... I have a 07 GTI and I love it. The quality of the car, handling, etc will always out weigh the SRT.

Every gti i've raced, jetta and golf, modded or stock, hasn't done very well. I've seen motor swapped ones that are fast... but even with bigger turbos they don't seem to match up too well..
@Forza4You bro 200 hp isn't fast. that's honda civic territory. it's not about hp, it's about how it's getting to the ground as well as torque, weight, etc.....
@outcast1011 it's overpirced trash just like any vw. i'm def not paying an extra 4k for some shitty looking seats and the same cheap ass plastic dash pieces. It performs and handles like shit for the price they ask. they're slow, sloppy, and ugly.
