Very nice VTEC sound! How many miles does your Type S have? Any major issues since you have owned it? My gf is thinking about getting an 07' Type S with 83k miles.
@wongmylesa I have not had any problems with it... Just make sure that your Handsfree link is unlocked before you leave the dealer... So that they can get in contact with the previous owners to get the pass code for it.

@wongmylesa Yeah i would never own a TL without Nav hah, so I'd get the 09 with SH-AWD and Tech Package/ or Just Tech Package. I am still deciding, im leaning a little bit towards the 09. I drove it last year and was blown away by how great it handles, not to mention the interior is gorgeous.
I've always loved the Type S though, cant find many faults with them, a great car for a great price
But its my Moms, she replaced her camry with it... The 04 TL she still has (Its her boyfriends), But i dont think she will be driving that one too much anymore ;)

@davidsdiego Heybro! It has about 35K on it. Its such a nice car, 83K isnt bad... Just make sure it drives good :D

I like the look of the Type S better then the SH. But if you live in a snowy area, the SH may be better.
