Even though I'm in my second year of learning Russian, I was confused as to the context of the song. I could translate every word, yet I never understood the deeper meaning. Watching the video itself hasn't helped at all.

She broke away from that individual and is straggling with forgetting him or getting him out of her head. She sings about how she is in pain and lists the range of emotions she is going through and how she would treat him now not like a friend or an enemy but simply a passer by.
