When Ronald Reagan was alive, his mouth never moved like that as he spoke (I've seen hundreds of his speeches on TV). His voice also doesn't sound anything like that (He sounds like a 35-year old in this video).

Reagan came back as he was at 35 years of age (immediately after he had undergone testicular surgery and some extensive dental work to correct his overbite), He's embarrassed about how he looks and sounds but felt it was important that he immediately come out in favor of McCain to help defeat Obama. I'm not a big Obama fan. I have several videos that are less flattering to Obama than this is to McCain. When election day rolls around I'll vote for McCain. He's not perfect but he is more honorable and much more qualified to be our leader than Barrack Hussein Obama. Thanks for your interest.
