your a 37 year old pervert who sends me obscene private messages! how many gym teachers do you know making 500k a year???? even 50k is stretching it dumbfuck!
LOL notice my careful choice of words. I said I WORK AT a factory with lots of heavy lifting. I didnt say i was one of the "Lifters" and I probably make more than you. Your 37 years old right? thats what your profile currently says. Are you a 37 year old school teacher? or a 37 year old student? Enjoy your delicious "cup of coffee". ;-)
gooo lintfreecloth! i'm all about people who work hard for their living, not people who sit on their ass and drink coffee.... is that very productive to society?? i don't think so!
lol i cracked up when you were eating the cake. I work at a factory with lots of heavy lifting, All the new hires lose like 10 Lbs in first 2 weeks. Due to the fact that its basically a 8 hour work out, which you get fired from if you stop. The funny part is everone gets a picture Taken for their Work ID. So everyone basically has a "Before" picture to show off. So "hard job" is the best method. Plus, they pay You!
Drink water! Sometimes you think you're hungry and you can't stop eating, but really you're thirtsy. RUnning is also an excellent thing to get into. I use to hate running, but after running a mile you get a really accomplished feeling. Try it!
Whatever your daily intake should be, if you stick to it, you will lose a pound a week. If you want to lose 2 pounds, subtract 6000 calories instead.
It's really easy to calculate with the site, and if you have your own recipe you need to be specific with your ingredients, but you can always add new foods to the site to calculate.
Nothing ever worked for me, until one day began to keep a journal of everything I ate. It began as a method of tracking possible food allergies, but after a few weeks I began to keep track of the calories of the foods-when I hit 2,000 calories on paper I'd stop eating. Which meant that if I ate a lot of junk food, I didn't get to eat a good dinner--it made it easier to skip sweets and wait between meals.
good point, there are a lot of sites out there usually which can tell you, but what I've done is often added up the calories of the basic ingredients and how much I used total (it's pretty easy to find the calories for flour, eggs, etc) and then divide how much I ate--which is usually the whole thing anyway. It's pretty easy to estimate once you get the hang of it, you just have to be honest.
