  • Nice. I was just wondering though how come you didn't know about the discount you're getting in the past. It must be on the bill. It is ether a discount was provided for renewing the contract 2 years back or a save offer from the retention department if ever there was an attempt to cancel the service.

  • @okrayantothemax Fair question. That's one of the pitfalls of automatic debit & no paper bills. It's too easy not to pay attention to the charges. Thanks for asking. Today, we have to pay attention to every bill, it seems - and then act professional, not like some raging lunatic.

  • LOL. No, justinnate82, I didn't. It's pitiful we consumers get the "brush off" from front-line CS, but that's reality. When you discover how to get in front of executives it's amazing just how easy it is to get 100% satisfaction. For years, I've helped people get relief from consumer issues.

    Thanks for asking. There's a time and place for court and YouTube 'rant' videos but most issues don't require either.
