In some ways I agree! But I think some should stay in States. We should had economical diaspora across the global by now! We could take a 500,000 educated African American & spread them throughout the Sierra Leone & Liberia area. Build some kind of agricultural hub West Africa driving employment in the Black communities of the U.S. Eventually the rest of the Diaspora would be getting on board soon we would have Afro-Caribbeans doing business in Africa & Caribbeans.

For example lets say African Americans went along with this plan by 2050:

African Americans 65million (USA) + Sierra Leone/Liberia 22.5million + rest of the Diaspora (possibly 160 million by 2050?) = Economical opportunity. But we must have a black majority state in America! Mississippi/South Carolina is great for the pickings because African American make up more than 1/3 of those populations. So we must takeover the political system in one of these states. For example California
