@Ulrike121 thanks for the reply! I have BR1200 (and you could compose drums in a song format) I know somehow this unit should be able to do that to.. okay, how many songs could you create on this drum machine? is there a limit?
Hey, I first bought the DR880 and later the BR600. The DR800 has more possibilities and more options. You can create almost every drum or bass sound.
It is the verry good (the best) drummachine. I never bought switches, because I do not play live. I always record the drum and bass in stereo on the BR600.
The BR600 is an incredable machine --> a lot of possibilitys and a low price. But if i would buy a new one, I recomend the Boss BR800.
hi Janni, I'm thinking todr 880 I have Br600 to record my songs and somehow I got bored of drums set from br600 , I used software to program drums,. Can you comment or compare drums from 880 and br600, beside this, did you think to buy switch and jam in real time I know it;s got 4 switches capable to switch chorus, verse intro etc
Can you upload samples..ie: Like for instance.. A cow bell then program into one of the pads

Could program a intro/verse/fill/chorus/fill/end etc. drum pattern with the BR880?
Zhorellski 1 year ago
@Zhorellski
Yes, first you create the patterns (intro, fill chorus, verse, end etc)
Then you create the song step by step. you put the patterns together. Its easy to do, copy paste delete ect.
In playback, you can chanche tempo, key and looping a specified region etc.
Its a verry easy to use and high kwality sounds.

Great review. I didn't know I could create whole songs, with intro, verse and chorus parts. Thank you for that.

Hey artesia,
Yes you can quantize.
It's simple, you just have to use the Value-dial.
When used during realtime recording, the quantization function corrects any inaccuracies in the timing.

@JanniFender can you quantize after the fact?
