One advice though.

CLEAN the wand after EACH use!!!

your steam wand is so clogged the steam doesnt even want to come out. The milk is screaming because you've it too far into the milk, try putting it closer to the top first. the extraction was way too quick also try more coffee or tamping harder

@dejct I totally agree about the wand! I realized a few weeks later I could unclog it with a hot water soak and a safety pin. Tamp harder...got it!

@goohman if it is not distorted the sound is okey. It should be loud for better quality. Lower the sound on your computer. The higher volume without distortion the better representation of the analogue sound wave. (more bits to represent the height of the wave) =)
