This iz gonnaa beeee amaaazinngggg. Probably tear WoW to shreds from the looks of it. All these great features etc AND its F2P. I just hope the lvl caps remains low and balanced. Keep this solely a skillbased game where we could max and play several different classes through the story with ease.

@StormofBladeZ Actually they say that the max lvl cap is 80 but I doubt there's anything to worry about when it comes to being balanced. As we all know how crazy they get in the original GW with doing that.

@Tomthetuba666 No, it has been officially announced sometime ago that the level cap is 80. The demo at gamescom was only showing early human and mid level charr gameplay, as they wanted to show off the elemental boss for the humans and the shatterer mid-game experience that the charr get to see.

Personally I don't think this will kill WoW...but it will definitely steal a huge fan base, not to mention all the people that will leave WoW for Starcraft 2 as well as Diablo 3! I'm most stoked for D3 myself, but will definitely have to buy this game.

there's new questing format for guild wars 2, it's not like get a quest from someone finish it and bring it back. It's more like you're walking around near a small town and a dragon attacks the town, you can either try and save the town or ignore it etc.

@pianoplayer135 Not necessarily considering that with questing it gives you objectives in which you hardly even notice you're "grinding". Well in general games you do notice the grinding but in games like Gw1 and 2, you'll have quests that involves objectives without killing a specific amount of mobs. But in Gw2 there are events instead of traditional quests, where you can run to an area and incidently run into something going on, you get involved and rewarded at the end as if you were questing.

This game looks promising, the classes seem to me to be the most important part of the game, and their races/classes are looking really original and well thought through, if they had made it a paid MMORPG I reckon it would make a load of money. I still like free though :]

Some people do feel that way, but I disagree. What's wrong with a world where you don't have to deal with KSers and other things like that? If you want to interact with people...then that's what towns are for, and since you can take them with you in a party, i don't see what the problem is.

I've played Guild Wars for a very short time and i think there wasnt any instances or dungeons to do in teams to farm our items...will GW2 contain it??

There have always been instances in Guild Wars, in fact every time you leave town you get your own private instance of that area. As for Guild Wars 2 it will be a persistent world in which all players must strive to protect from hordes of NPCs and the dragons. It will be ever changing, evolving the story every second of the way. There will be instanced missions and dungeons, however, which will be more difficult and made for groups to tackle for a challenge.

Hey, It's not that we don't want to pay a monthly fee each month for a game (WoW etc).. Paying each month shows how desperate you are about playing the game - here you can relax & not to worry about "I haft to buy a gamecard in 10 days"
