Spanish? why is it that people from Mexico or Central America or South America are Spanish? They are Latino, because that is considered Latin America.
Spanish is a language, Spaniards, are the people, Hispanic is the region which includes Mexico, the majority of the Central and South American countries, and most of the Greater Antilles. And for those who do not know Brazilians speak Portuguese. So wake up people.

@KangaKucha Are you talking about the Spansh language? it's not defacto, it's official in NM along with English, but it doesn't mean that you're forced to speak both language. New York, where I live, does not have an offcial language, this is Babel. The second most predominant language is Spanish, then Haitian, and Chinese, but none of the groups that speak those languages wants to impose their language as official. If this is a union of states each state should rule what language is official

In private companies, there are people who don't speak Catalan because they come from other regions of Spain, but they're encouraged to learn it. I think I know what you meant.

My understanding is that the previous hotel owner laid off the employees. Witten offered to hire them back but asked them to anglicize their names if they worked on the phone center. It would probably have been a lot worse too because you'd no doubt see the rape and civilian murders that were seen in Vietnam possibly more so just because they did bomb us and we were pissed off so... you can do the math. The nuking also assured that less Americans would die which is obviously in the best interest for the US. Definitely a terrible thing but logically... okay.
