Unfortunately i haven't a younger cousin and my Sid Meier's Rilroads! CD is still alive.

Sid was a genius, he made 2 really great games, the 1° railroad tycoon and the 1° civilization ... after that, the aliens, captured him and place a Sid clone on earth that continued to make the same games since 20 years changing only the graphics ... Sid , wherever you are, don't worry , i know that sid meier's railroads! and CIV5 are not your fault!!!

It is a replacement for the passenger cargo, although it is possible to edit the XML files to make it for another cargo.

SMRI was I mod I helped create about two years ago. Smrsimple sort of supersedes it.

Sid Meier's Railroads has been one of my favourites since it first came out, and my love for it has never wained. The old maps were getting a little "long in the tooth" however, and were no longer much of a challenge for me. For that reason I was glad to see this addon. I was not disappointed. In my oppinion it is only a few small issues short of being an addon I'd the same money I'd pay for any game expansion. It's that good. I'll post more about it in a few days after a bit more play.

go to c:drive and go to SMR. then scroll down and see if it is there. if it is, click and drag the mod to the SMR icon, Not the folder.

then it should install onto the file and you'll be set.

I am not quite sure this will work though because when i did this with the patch that was two or three months ago.

Its the SMRI expansion its a free download and comes with alot of CTD but worth it. Nice to play Railroads with the cities miles apart instead on 3cm apart.

This looks better, is much cheaper, way more fun, lot less space, and takes about 10 minutes to set up.

Really, why not get SMR.

In addition to what warII2 said, it has some features that trainsets don't. You make (or loose) money on each of the lines you build and from each of the industries you purchase. If you plan well and manage your lines wisely you end up filthy rich in an imaginary sort of way, and maybe even defeat all your opponents (if you choose to play in multi-plery mode). If you do a lousy job, you get bought out and Loose! Can't do all that with a train set.

You'r Ip has to be loged in with the server. In other words you have to go to the other link and register then log-in and it should work then. I think one sec I'll test it. If it does not work still register but only this time go to the forums it should be there.
