Not very well received by the critics but my favorite George album of all time. So melodic and so varied. He stretched his wings like he never had, I still don't think he has managed to match the brilliance, the amazing creativity he showed here.

For me, this track and Waiting(reprise) sum up this album perfectly- "listen without prejudice"- and only then will you realsie that you have witnessed a timeless masterpiece...........and its also a soundtrack to my life, just like to many others i'm sure.

No way does this album outclass 'Faith', that first solo album has so many classic tracks featured whereas you can't look at this album and immediately say..."yes every track is brilliant"

Faith still a step ahead of this in terms of production quality and general strength of songs featured.

An amazing album. Have had it since it came out in 1990 and still a classic. Definately one of the top ten albums ever. Happy and sad yet uplifting. Do not know how many times i have listened to this to help me sleep in the last 19 years. AMAZING!!!

My advice to you, if your curiosity is still killing you would be to figure out This European country first then the rest is needle in the hay stack. Start looking for movies in 1990s. Too long a short, but thats the only help I can give you until something comes my way.
