It's a good model, but damn, I HATE the license plate. That's why I don't like the Outatime plate; it gets put on everything, whether it's correct or not.

I like the barcode one; it's probably my favorite part on the car, so I really hate this model just for that. When I got mine, I immediately covered it with the correct plate.

These cars actually are not all in high detail. I have found may color errors and size errors, parts are missing, and even incorrections.

yea there is some imperfections but is one of the best models of the delorean out in the market right now and for the price you cannot go wrong.

I am hoping Hot toys makes a 1/6 scale delorean.

Diamond Select Toys is making a 1/6 scale delorean due in september. It's supposed to be a the most highly detailed model of the time machine.

diamond select are making 1/15 th scale not 1/6th . they are out in the uk in mid october 2009 and part 2 version in the end of november ... shame they dont have the dmc logo on them ( due to a late licencing problem

Yeah i'm confused about those a bit. First of all I thought they were supposed to be released like tomorrow. Second of all I thought they were doing all three versions. And I thought that the pictures on the internet are just promotional pictures and not the finished product.

I built a model of one years ago 1,24 scale i think, like an air fix type you paint and that. it was well cool. it was from the 1st film, no mr fusion. but after years of falling off the tv or shelfs, ive moved etc, its gone basically, but the one lookes great. i got a few muscle cars 1,18 scale diecast and might get a few movie cars.
