No youtube wasn't fine by the law. Just lately the music groups have realized that they are using their music without their consent. You obviously don't know what you're talking about and no one else here does, so it isn't judging, it's knowing.

what about veoh and meta cafe, i think youll find they dont remove music off videos, and theyre not controled by google, so it is just youtube to my understanding, think about that for a minute then come back and tell me what you think.
nah dan. it isnt even that bad, you seem to be the only person to care enough to post a video. they put advertisments on to pay for stuff for the website. think, since the adverts came on the HQ and HD options have been introduced as well as a beta channel for their users so BOOM WHAT OH YEAH
ya i just logged on and im thinking bout making some videos and they removed some of my audio and the ads are so annoying

2. i think minimal adverts would do not all this adverts on the video crap.
3. the high definition isnt real HD it is only higher quality, not technicaly HD.
