But, you do need to keep in mind that, regardless of all the media attention that African-Americans receive in the media, we are still a minority, and there are still many people who do believe blacks are inferior (both white and black). I believe that this is simply an attempt to help us,as a people,get rid of the inferiority complex. I also think that it would be fine...
I wonder what CNN would say if Whites said the same thing about themselves (Beautiful, gifted, ingenius etc, etc? Yes, something tells me that CNN's double standard AGAINST JUST WHITES would come into play. They would frown on Whites who express pride in their own heritage! HYPOCRITES!
