Petrozza was an absolute class act all the way. If you watch him from the start, he was an absolute gentleman: could admit where he went wrong (watch him after they lose challenges), bounced back (after the menu debacle), helped others out when needed (i.e. Louross's "steaks") and was honest and humble as much as possible. He also seemed a lot less manipulative. We need more men like him.
