The divisors of a number will be the same regardless of what base you're using, as will the sum of the divisors. For example, the divisors of 15 are 1, 3 and 5, which add up to 9 (base 10); the divisors of 1111 are 1, 11, 101, which add up to 1001 (base 2). Notice 15 (10) = 1111 (2), 9 (10) = 1001 (2), etc. This is true in general.
