What are you doing? Leaving comments on YouTube videos isn't a very effective strategy... Currently I do Big Brothers Big Sisters and I'm organizing some martial arts and computer classes in the neighborhood. I'm also working with a group that is putting together a program designed to help mentor young men and give them direction.
