Mark, try making those little "wing" looking pieces that are on the outisde of the circle a little bit bigger. You might also try adding some a little wieght 'em. Once you do those it shouldnt rock as bad, should do that uncontrillable torque roll in a hover.
looks like u guys having fun designing all these aircraft. nice. the phlat printer for sure a nice gadget. very inspiring guys. thanx for sharing. btw, why its failed?

It failed because it was really hard to control :) but I am sure with a little more effort it could work.
