No this is the 3rd opening because in the 2nd opening they had the scene of the duel butler and the cover guy from B-daman. from 1:24 in the second opening where different scenes.

I loved the bond between Tama and Klaus. An excellent comedy couple. Like the one where Klaus wants to retire to some place in Brazil because Tama was telling him he wanted to during his sleep so he could see some girl from the cover of the leaflet, that was hilarious xD

No! There are no more episode's from the 1-st season. So to say it blunt - The first Season is 52 Episodes, and there is going to be a Second Season of Hayate No Gotoku, but there aren't any announcements about how many episodes there are going to be. :)

The 3rd song is actually from the same song, however, the 2nd op plays the first part of Shichitenhakki Shijou Shugi, while OP 3 plays the other part. Hence why they are near identical
