Wow...the camera would make the sound softer and you were quite a ways away...and that was really loud. Do you think you would have problems with predators without the donkey?
Its hard to say as predators are sneaky. We are hoping to get a Great Pyrenees dog in the future. There was one of these dogs in the first video of Ramon. The dog is standing with the Alpacas.
I saw that white dog in the video...huge puts it lightly. My husband wants bullmastiffs which are quite huge also...need to research their handiness on a farm. I may assume wrongly that most predators will attack at night, if you board your stock in at night wouldn't that pretty much handle the issue of predators? You put your chickens up in their coop at night right?
That bray would make a great truck horn!

Chickens go right into their coop at sunset. They hop up on their perches and go to sleep. I just close their little chicken coop door.

Is it harmful in someway to put the animals up at night? Is it alot of extra work to put them up? Here's me, always a million questions!
