  • @CornDoctor No, you can't. And don't try to use not poped popcorn. It won't work either (i've tried) :)

  • @Lucianocamilo that would be interesting wouldn't it? i would imagine that the caramel sauce in excess of 300 degrees would be hot enough to pop those kernels. rather peculiar. thank you

  • @cookiebuns1 Be quiet, You are the idiot ! i watched it because i wanted to know how make good popcorn. And how put the caramel with popcorn. But i saw this was not real caramel and it looked disguting. THATS ALL !!!

  • over an hour, its just popcorn

  • i'm making this for my food technolgy class at school. is there a reason why you use salt or is it just for taste?

  • Here I am feeling peckish in the middle of the night, craving for some quick & easy snack, and about to pop some corn and I thought hey, maybe I'll check youtube for caramel corn recipe - sure beats regular popcorn - foolishly I thought that it's going to be simple and easy (you know. melt some sugar, coat-it-on-the-popcorn-and-you're-done kind of thing). How wrong was I, LOL!

  • tried it yesterday . It way better than we have in the theater :) Thank VERY much for the great recipe .

  • Most caramel popcorn recipes have corn syrup in it and you don't really find corn syrup anywhere but, america so i created my own. Here's it if anyone wants to have a go:

In a saucepan on medium melt 7tbsp's of sugar. Then add 1/2 a tsp of vanilla powder and 1 tsp of salt. then add 1tbsp of butter. Add that onto a big bowl of popcorn (plain)....Delicious!!....BETTER than this....:)

  • one fuckin hour i need to make it in 5 mins :0

  • it look disgusting ! Caramel is only sugar, in this one, there are butter and a lot of horrible things !!!

  • @lollipopsalexia that how its made

  • @saf768 But caramel is just melted sugar

  • @lollipopsalexia yes i know

  • it look disgusting !

  • Disgusting!

  • Everybody must listen to this. I'm not from America, and hence I didn't know what she meant by "250 degrees". I would like all non-americans who still uses SI units to know, that she meant 250 degrees Farrenheit instead of celcius. Heat your oven to 120c or 250 farrenheit. OTherwise, your smoke alarm will flip out. cheers.

  • @soonny002 What do you mean "still" use SI units? lol

  • @soonny002 it's ok your advice. Thank you

  • @soonny002 pahahahahah!

  • Don't leave it in the oven as instructed. ie. 250c for an hour turning it every 15 minutes. I've tried it. 250c in the oven for 7 minutes = fire alarms flipping out. DON'T DO THAT!!!!! >_<

  • 1 hr my ass.

  • i just did this the only things i did was did all the process except i didn't have corn syrup so i just added honey....then i didn't put it in the oven because i wasn't going to get up every 15 min so i just put it in the garage where it is so cold (winter) then i just put it there for about 45min and just ate it... it wasn't super hard like what its suppose to be but it was soooo yummy and it was a nice crunchy!!!!! yum lots of calories......

  • welcome calories

  • this video super usefull...5 star

  • this video is super usefull...5 star

  • yummmyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!

  • wtf. wheres the ACTUAL caramel...

  • @iLucyBieber : when u mix the ingredints in the pan together it turns into caramel... and i would know that because I tried it...

  • It's marked under pets & animals ?

  • @pompoms3 lol

  • @pompoms3

    Changed, please subscribe.

  • That looks so amazing... But could you also do it with less popcorn? (not a much-eater...)

  • @TanjaTricks of course! you can use less popcarn

  • thnkx alot

  • Why the hell wuld you put the popcorn in the oven for 3 hours ?!?!?!?!!?!?

  • @andrecheese you put it in the oven for 1hr, and in that one hour, in 15min intervals, take it out and stir

  • @andrecheese you put the popcorn in the oven for 1 hour , and every 15 mins u take it out and stir... so that means u take it out 4x ...

  • *shudder*

This is -not- caramel corn, this abomination has nothing to do with caramel.

  • @Kirzen I thought I was the only one who realized that. xD

  • I've got to make this and give some to my relatives. Thank you for the recipe!

  • yum

  • do you pour the caramel when is hot or you wait till its cool?

  • @carlecor when it's hot; if you let it cool, it would begin to solidify

  • @carlecor Hot.

  • Dang I'm sad I watched this because now I can't stop making it and eating it

  • made this and it turned out great!

  • i love this popcorn to bad i cant have it till im 16. i have braces and im 14 right now.

  • @RozePopulairenLeu you can eat what ever you want i had braces for 3 years, like 8 years ago and i ate popcorn gum all that, doesnt effect it

  • Thank you for this video. You made it so easy.

  • oomnomnomnom

  • y does it take so long D:

  • it looks sooo good...

  • This is why I hate some "How to" videos... It always makes me sick from eating the good stuff in the end after finding out how chunky it is..........

  • do you have to use so much butter?

  • @thebankcard Yes.
