@mettanc Well Micheal you could watch that vid called Thing 2011 lol but I dont think it was as good as the 83 one but it was cool to see inside the spaceship and I think the gut would have just got back in his ship and gone away like the original wanted to do if they had just left him alone . , Thanks for watching :o)

@fiwaszewski Well three to my knowledge Forrest the one in B/W made in 51 then the one in 83 and then the remake of the 51 or more the prequel to that one in 83 which came out last friday also called the Thing :o) Thanks for watching :o)

@iLUVLovingU I think this is going to be much more like the one in 83 but for them finding the ship under the ice , Im going down the hill around 11 to catch the 12:30 show theres a great burger joint next to the theater in Norwalk , I was talking to my younger brother in Cali last night and he had just seen the B/W one on TV a few weeks ago , Thanks for stopping to comment and have a great weekend Terry :o)

@hysonly Hi Dorte , I think you should see this one first then look for the 83 one free online or cheap rental . I have the 83 one on DVD Im going to watch it again after I go see this one on the weekend , Thanks for commenting have a great day :o)

@cameragirlJane Morning Jane , I will , I jumped in 83 when he touched the petri dish with the blood in it with the hot coat hanger and the monster came out lol but I guess in 61 at eleven when the dogs fell out of the cabinet I was scared for a week lol :o) Thanks for stopping :o)

Enjoy the new version of The Thing! I haven't seen the original movie but did like the 1983 version of The Thing. This new one looks like it will be real good. Look forward to hearing what you thought of it..
