most certainly in tune if you studied music or played an instrument - Still Atom heart mother was not eveyones cup of tea - But it marked the transition away from Syd barret years to something which would give us Medal, Dark Side of the Moon,Wish you were here, Animals.

Thing is: if you know the album version, this is a TREASURE, in spite of the bad visuals and audio! Atom Heart Mother is a masterpiece.

i think this was a great period for floyd.i like every album floyd made but atom heart mother and meddle are personal favourites.i've always felt the wall was really pink floyds last album and everything then on was like solo projects.

i find that music today lacks originality and most bands just don't cut the mustard.

Well said Derekman1988, I personally think Atom Heart Mother is great. Yes the video quality is poor but the band are definitely in tune and it flows like a dream and I dig it loads. It is especially good to compare it to the album version which is already in your head, so you know what's coming next. It is a very experimental piece with the addition of the highly innovative Ron Geesin who was working with the Floyd in 1970. This is Floyd music for proper fans!
