NOTE: I'm only kidding on this one. Don't flame . . .
Wow, didn't know David Spade and John Heder had a band. Who's those other two guys?
One of the two great new tracks on the 1991-2005 CD/DVD, really, and a cracking Ramones cover, too. Still have the postcard response Murph sent me way back when. Just goes to show most people have taste in their arse as these guys aren't huge in the States. Mind, I'm not sure I'd like 'em as much if they were.
Seeing Sloan covering a rock classic is one of the greatest things to ever happen at a Sloan show. I've seen them 10 times and it only happened once. I live in Winnipeg and at EdgeFest they played Shakin' All Over, the very first hit by The Guess Who. I went completely apeshit :)
you were talking aboot Try To Make It, right? If you were I completely agree, I think it's one of their finest songs ever. I think it's because Chris had the last single, and they might have wanted to put something out that sounded a bit different.
i wonder why sloan decided to play try to make it (???) odd choice but i love it!

That is an excellent cover! No offense to them, but i wouldn't expect them to do such an awesome cover of a song like "Judy is a Punk!"
