The rebuilding of the WHR is an amazing tale that is very well documented. Its a 1'10-1/2" gauge line in Northern Wales that connects to the Ffestiniog Rwy, forming a scenic 40 mile long ride.

a million or two, plus the owner has to have a lot of money still to keep things moving. But lets face it the RR is worth more than most people have.
