@art2art You have to over-enunciate and put air behind your consonant sounds. For example, the talkbox doesn't make the "sss" sound that is the "c" in "bounce". You have to do that with your mouth. It just takes practice.
@codini2000 sure. It's just the FM SAWTOOTH patch, untampered. I only set the pitch wheel, modulation wheel, fingered portamento, and so on. But I run the output from the DX-100 into an amplifier that has a 4 band equalizer. I set the bass to the lowest settings and turn the highs up to the highest setting. If I didn't do that, it wouldn't sound this good. So the amp makes a big difference. Makes my Rocktron Banshee sound so much better, even though it's crap.

I don't turn the amp up much because the rocktron can't handle it. I'm basically blowing my rocktron at my current setting, because if I play too long my rocktron starts distorting no matter what volume level it's on.
