Right now you can pick up quiznos for around $30k instead of $200k. I requested the p and l and balance sheets, they have negative cash flows or barley breaking even. Cant believe these business are so cheap, only if they can turn it around in a recession, who knows.

I haven't finished it yet, but I've realized while I'm reading the book that the character and integrity of those you spend your time with is just as important. If you're spending time with people whose character and integrity is lacking they're not going to want yours to be complete. I've actually started distancing myself from people lately because of this; and I'm able to do more productive things with that time.
