  • i want it ;x

  • whats the name of this shoes?

  • @94BruceLee Asics

  • @94BruceLee tu pensi alle scarpe? ti sei soffermato soltanto alle scarpe? ma hai visto la meraviglia di statua?

  • I loaded up both video of the prototype GOD and the newer video of the release figure. The biggest difference is of course the shoulder seam - which is a sacrifice to poseability that I accept. The rest of the release figure is pretty much identical to the prototype. The heads actually look better than the prototype imo.

  • @tinister I read a lot of comments on the release figure video that the final body looks plastic compared to the prototype. If you look closely at the two videos you'll notice that the window display has one main central spotlight. In the prototype video - the spotlight is directed squarely on the GOD prototypes. More of the details in the sculpt pop out because the shadows are darker. In the new video - that spotlight is either missing or turned off. The shadows more diffused.

  • I think new pictures of the final figure just came out. There are seams at the shoulders for sure. And I hear the battle damaged head looks phenomenal! I'm trying to find the pics now. I heard they are posted on some eBay seller's auctions.

  • @tinister type in enterbay leon the final fugures there

  • @surfin4 Thanks! Just took a look. That's the figure in the pic my friend saw. The pic was a closer shot of the battle damaged head in-hand. Looks so good. I'm really glad I didn't buy any of the previous GOD versions. The first version looks primative now. The Nokia version was great, but it looked like Bruce from ETD. This one is unquestionably GOD Bruce.

    Leon looks amazing BTW!

  • @tinister glad you found it, dressed he looks great but the body is disappointing wish they left it like the prototype, but its defo bruce!

  • @gobind888 Don't give up so soon. Enterbay's been focusing on making Bruce Lee figures for like 6 years. They know what they are doing. The body will be better. It seems like the haven't really painted it yet for the one shown in Bei Jing.

  • @yauyuso but arent these in stock with sellers already? i saw many on ebay u knw, didnt see a preo order sign, well il see if better paintjob comes out, but the older body was soo cool u knw,

  • @gobind888 Nah, still pre-order. Customers that pre-ordered in the Bei Jing exhibition was told that it will be delivered in 15 days. I assume they meant 15 business days is the end of the month. I really don't mind them releasing GOD Bruce Lee a lil bit late. Gives me more time to hang out to my cash.

  • @100Mightyman This will be my first Enterbay BL, but I'm always impressed with the quality of the extra accessories that come with BL GOD figures. I had the HT and it definitely is lower priced, but it shows. The diorama was pretty flimsy. I didn't even bother to put it together. As I mentioned before - the HT head is very will painted but the sculpt itself doesn't look like Bruce IMO. The prototype pics looked much more Bruce than the final product.

  • For those who are afraid of the rubber body ripping or cracking; it will be fine unless;

    1) you live in an extremely humid place. I live in California and I've never had any issues with any rubber figures. The only figures that ripped on me were Takara Batman, and the first HT Batman Begins. And those ripped because I made the following mistake:

    2) Don't leave the figure in one pose for a long period of time. Repose the figure every few weeks. I display for a while then rebox.

  • I preordered this. It will be my first Enterbay figure. Dismantling of the joints doesn't necessarily mean that the rubber has to be split at all the joints. I'm predicting a full rubber suit - open at the neck, wrists, and ankles.

I had the HT ETD Bruce but sold it because the face didn't really look like bruce IMO. It looks like Bruce if he was of mix-race between Chinese and European parents. The head with the pouting mouth looks a little better than the other, but still not Bruce.

  • And I have a friend who pretty much buys every Enterbay BL figure - and yes - the final product isn't as nice as the preview pics, but the heads are always unmistakably Bruce - which is the key to me.

BTW: I also have the Medicom ETD Bruce figure, and IMO - that head gets ETD Bruce nailed down a little beter than the HT ETD. Both are very close, but Medicom nails it slightly better. HT beats Medicom head for quality of paint application though.

  • @tinister From the photo taken at the exhibition in Bei Jing. The torso is rubber coated and the arms are as well but separate from the torso.

So the visible joints are the shoulders, wrist, well kinda the neck but it's a given.

The lower part of the body is the concern. I'm not sure if it's rubber coated or not. I don't think it's that important since I'm guessing there are people planning to display Bruce Lee shirtless but pantless? Nah!

  • @yauyuso I think I saw the same Bei Jing photo. My friend was thinking that the body seen in that photo might just be one of the existing BL bodies? He wasn't sure. I admit I'll be a tad disappointed if there are visible seams at the shoulders - but considering this is my first Enterbay figure - I'll still be happy.

BTW: Did you guys see the one picture of the "serious" battle-damaged head with the bruises? Looks amazing!

  • @tinister I did. Amazing. I just hope the final product can keep the same level of awesomeness. It's my first figure with moveable eyes. The Bruce Lee body used is the new one with rubber coated muscle. I do feel like the shoulders need to be separate since completely seamless upper body will mean the shoulder movement will be limited and you can raise the arm 90 degrees or even swing 360.

  • @yauyuso I agree. Seamless shoulders would be cool, but you're right - poseability would be limited. I remember my friend had the HT John Rambo and Rocky figures and he had a hard time keeping the arms raised pass a certain degree because the rubber in the shoulders would push against the bend.

  • @tinister I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that Enterbay can deliver an awesome Bruce Lee and win back customers.

  • @yauyuso BTW: what do you think of the HT ETD? I actually had it for a little while but parted it out (only kept the stealth suit, shoes, bag, and staffs). The head didn't look like Bruce in my opinion. And the body was somehow too tall looking. Both the face and the stature of the body was more European than Asian imo.

  • @tinister The HT ETD was a good bargain becoz HT was trying to hit HT hard. To be fair the body and the head sculpt isn't really that great of a likeliness to Bruce Lee. The serious head is a good enough Bruce Lee likeliness but the one with an open mouth doesn't resemble Bruce Lee much. The body, I felt was a bit over detailed and didn't feel like Bruce Lee as well. Still people liked it because it's a Hot Toys figure and it became somewhat of a trend in China right now.

  • @yauyuso If you look at the HT ETD head from the side - it looks even less like bruce. That's the test of a good sculpt imo.

  • @Lostdog171 you clearly must not own a Hot Toys figure because Hot Toys always beats Enterbay in quality

  • So the sign says the body is a prototype and has not yet completed the dismanatling of the joints. The body will probably NOT be encased entirely in rubber like the Hot Toys Rambo/King Leonidas figures. The joints will be visible and im guessing they will be cut the same way that the other Enterbay BL action bodies are cut.

  • @MrRobman100 how right you are "damn"

  • All you morons that have never experienced a rubber body will bitch and complain when this figure starts breaking down because of your dopey handling of this figure. It's a Bruce Lee figure, you are going to want to pose this in dynamic ways, and when you do, and stress the rubber joints, after a while, I want to see the wonderful tear pics and how many of you will bitch of the lack of quality Enterbay executed this with.

  • @Lostdog171 Have you ever owned both Hot Toys and Enterbay?? I know from first hand that Enterbay overprices for lesser quality than HT.

  • @100Mightyman just rechecked there site and you were right, well that kind of sucks ass i like the sculpts they have here alot

  • @100Mightyman i have seen that ,but enterbays own discription on its own web site does not say this , i believe this was an asian web site and was a mistranslation.... it would make sence to have a battle damaged head but i guess we will have to wait and see lol

  • @100Mightyman well i pre ordered 2 of these and searched high and low on the net for info and new pics give me a link because the descriptions i have seen do not mention the face just the suit

  • @100Mightyman i dont think your right ,from my understanding the battle damaged version is the suit it will have some markings and a foot stamp on the chest the face will be as seen

  • @100Mightyman I ordered it and have never been disappointed with enterbay! Can hardly wait!

  • @100Mightyman

It's based on a different movie license. Enterbay is not as bad as everyone wants it to be.

The amount of accessories and creativity is really awesome! I think Enterbay did a great job this time.

Plus the good thing about Enterbay is you can cancel you order hassle free when you pre-order at the shop.

  • I HOPE THE FIGURE IS LEFT AS A STATUE ,RATHER THAN A ACTION MAN TOY STYLE, IT LOOKS BETTER THAN THE STATUE IN TUSSARDS, PLEASE MAKE IT AVAILABLE IN THE STYLE OF THE ENTER AND WAY 70TH ANNIVERSARY STYLE.

  • I'm thinking that this figure will pose some what like hot toys 300 figure, just at the arms and the head and maybe some at the legs. But I will have the GOD figure it's a must ; )

  • Your right, but this is enterbay. Passion for perfection. I'm sure it well look close to this. Hot toys dx is also looking bad ass. I'm getting both.

  • this is just the prototype. im sure when there finish with the product there going to be a cut in the wrist for swapping hands. but he look bad ass. well hot toys dx is going to be pretty tight too. i get both of them. enterbay is more realistic than hot toys. but im a big fan of hot toys.

  • need it !

  • yet completed the dismantling of the joints ??....i hope thats only referring to the wrists........the prototype looks amazing

  • wow doesn't look like a toy.

  • this guy is 300 bucks .. yeah I'm gonna pass

  • For me this is the champion of the 1/6 scale Bruce Lee figures! It's just amazing in every way...

  • this looks amazin , but how do you change the hands coz theres no joins at the wrist , anyone know ?

  • @Kipchoge23 - Its funny u say the rubber body won't last as I've had my Rocky hot toys for 3 years now and the rubber body's are fine with me :) Just don't pose the rubber body's at all leave in one pose ????

  • @derby1980wwe i know but whats the point of having the figure and not posing it some kind of way its bruce lee you have to pose him lol : )....

  • how do you change the hands?...

    AWESOME figure anyway

  • it looks good but I'll stick with hot toys . that rubber body won't last forever unless they have developed some lifetime rubber ..

  • Looks better then the hot toy bruce lee dx

  • looks kool.
