The entire band is SO tight. Arnel is a great addition.

We WANT him to sound the same, so shut up and piss off if you have nothing good to say. There are plenty of SP videos out there for you to wank to.

Compare how SP sounds versus Arnel TODAY and you would run off with your tail between your legs.

Steve should not be expected to sing the same as at his prime. Show me a rocker who has screamed for 30 years who sounds the same.

Arnel has a gifted voice...but he tries to sound like Steve and that is the main cause for any comparison.

I heard Steve live and he sounded well .. they way it should be !

Here's my two cents; Arnel is good, I believe he has a better range than Perry did in his prime, and have you heard him (Perry) lately? I did, and always will like, and respect what Steve Perry did with Journey, however, this is. and always will be Neal Schon's band as he along with ex member Greg Rollie founded Journey. Journey was ready to tour, Perry wasn't. So they decided to go on without him, and I'm glad they did. Arnel is doing a great job, but, that's just my opinion.
