Just as foreigners might have wanted to impose equal treatment of Jews on Nazi Germany. God instructed us to go against what most ppl in society are doing..dont deceive urself by going to wikipedia to learn anything about God and sodom thats the same thing as hearing gossip about what ur friend did and believing it instead of hearing the situation directly from your friend. The story of Sodom and Gomarrah and why God destroyed them are is in Genesis chapter 19.

The bible is filled with stories, amoung other knowlege needed for a righteous life, however those stories actaully happened. yes ur right everyone's view on truth is different however there is only one truth and God gave us all the choice as to whether we want to believe it or not

@bcalhoun100 Leviticus uses abomination in away that means uncustomary or not of current religious rituals like it is an abomination to eat shell fish, "For everyone who curses his father or his mother shall surely be put to death. He has cursed his father or his mother. His blood shall be upon him." (Leviticus 20:9), To not eat pork. These are all religious rituals that were seen by the men who's interpretations of the events which occurred called abominations.

Blaming America relieves Uganda of any culpability or responsibility for their own failing / primitive and backwards culture. Alot of Americans have trouble blaming minorities for their actions and instead look to redirect it to a politically safer "white face." Being easily lead and influenced is the fault of Uganda, not America. America just allows free speech, even homophobic or unpopular viewpoints.
