Yes, 8, it is quite relevant. I have to say, I don't want her in the state senate at all.

I'm a Libertarian, and although I don't like Ed's distancing himself from the drug issue, because the drug war has cost so many innocent lives, and caged many non-violent people, I'd vote for him if I lived in Plano. Alas I don't. I live in Denton county.

She's not familiar with the 17th amendment? Oh good grief. I don't care if she is a state senator, she needs to know the countries' constitution.

@moomoo4u2moo -- it's quite relevant, actually; she took an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution when she was sworn into office... how can she do that if she's not familiar with it? evidently, she's not familiar with the 10th amendment either, see video 5 of 5.
