Actually, what a lot of people don't understand is that just because the iPhone has a 2MP camera, it does not mean that it is rubbish. The software that the phone uses to actually produce the image is far superior to most other phones - so the image you take on the iPhones 2MP camera will be the same quality (and even better colours) than that taken on most other 5MP camera phones. The only thing it lacks is a flash.

No phone camera would have the lens quality or image processing capabilities to make use of 8 or more MP, that's ludicrous. But 2MP is ridiculously small, considering modern day screen resolutions. Any mobile phone should come equipped with a 5MP camera, no more, no less. A flash should also be mandatory, and finally, the lens should be superior, especially on a device as advanced and pricey as the iPhone.

The photos with only 2mpx are stunning on the iphone screen, and are effective 2mpx,the nokia n95 8gb I have, has 5mpx, 5 fake mpx.. the same photo shot compared between n95 and iphone.. no to much difference

I like to take random videos and pictures a lot. I also bought it because it has Rev A which is supposed to be the fastest wireless data on cellular phones. Before I bought the phone, I just watched and read a lot of reviews about the phone. Every phone has its ups and downs. The main reason why I bought it was because of Rev A technology, smaller, multitasking music player and camera.

iPhone has a clear, big screen. Best for watching videos. I think the LG Dare is a better phone.
