  • The useful part was the mention of where the weight should be on the feet during the movement, thanks. Another useful tip that he might mention in future videos, is keeping the legs in contact with the barbell all the way down and back up. Much harder to hurt yourself that way. Good job and keep them coming

  • i dont like this video, the guy looks like he has lordosis and needs to build the hamstring muscles not just strength
