very good video...I know this Video is old..lol but I soo love how your hair came out. I have been wanting this style for a while...I will be copying off you soon..lol
how long do it take to do a whole head with the finger coils...
Another ? do you see the diffrence between the 2 Comb Coils Vs Finger Coils?
They turn out okay, I only used condition and water. But I love the coils I did yesterday . This time I used kinky curl and coconut oil and water. This look alot better. Thanks for the plastic cap tip.
These can actually be the start of locs, so they could be in forever...It just really depends, I personally keep mines in for about 10 days, I could go longer, but I don't.
ok thanks, just looking for a different hair style. I keep my hair in twist and twist out for the most part but looking at your coils tutorial it seems fairly easy, the outcome of your hair was nice by the way:)
Yup...Or even shorter. My hair wasn't quite ear length when I started. The only thing though...The longer it gets, the harder it is to wash out. When it was really short, I could just wash my hair and th ey would just come down. Now I have to either manually take them down, or combe them out individually with the conditioner in.
Your hair is really thick and pretty! I found your comb coil tutorial to be very helpful and you explained it very well! Thank You so Much for your help.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, and THANK YOU....I just finished washing my hair after having two strand twists last week. I'm about to do the finger coils now. I especially like the plastic cap tip.
Great video. I just got comb coils today but I'm a little nervous cause she used beeswax (eeek) and I don't want locs. Is there a certain time that you should take coils out so they won't loc?
Can this be done on relaxed hair? I love these but I cant find a video about doing this on relaxed hair.
