haha I think everyone likes any accent but there own! Totally up to you what you do. If you do a green juice fast it will help avoid a lot of the 'detox' symptoms. Don't see the point of going Vegan, unless that is easier for you.
Excellent Job!!! If anyone is thinking about doing this, I also highly recommend it. Even if you go back to eating cooked food afterwards, the 30 day raw challenge will plant a seed (of health) in you that will ever die. It will always be in the back of your head, of how great you felt and you will know, maybe on just an unconscious level, that this is truly the perfect diet.
I personally believe in Dr Grahams 80 10 10 low-fat raw vegan diet. I do beleive that we consume too much fat even in raw food. I personally eliminated avocadoes, nuts, and seeds. All I eat is a lot of green leafy vegetables and fruit. I feel great!
I used the book's i read like PH Miracle by Robert Young to base to decide what to figure out what to eat each day. My energy was THROUGH THE ROOF!! And still is. I was doing some intense weights to see if my strength decreased. I noticed decreased strentgh in my legs, but my upper body was stronger after the 30 days.
W.O.W. Thank you for sharing your journey. I'm starting a juice feast followed by raw vegan. I've been eating 95% raw this past month. So I know I can do it! Please do continue to post updates.
I need to go on this diet for health reasons. BUT I also need to gain weight. Is it possible to GAIN weight on this diet?

excuse me, why are you so sexy? ;) that accent is... soo... ahhhhh love it! :)
Do you think its a good idea to start with a juice fast and then go vegan for a while and eventually transition to raw?

Of Course! I'm following the acid / alkaline eating style popularised by Robert Young in PH Miracle.
It goes good for me!!!

I agree. I find the rule is eat lots of green leafy and fruit, or lots of green leafy and 'fats', but don't mix the fats with the sugars in fruit.
I researched this in great details and also tested both. I felt great both ways, but didn't feel as good with fruits and fats in the same diet.
