Plyos used to be jumps from (increasingly higher) platforms + immediate jumps onto another platform, using the 'stored energy' of the jump down to assist the jump up, lessening the time between landing & jumping to develop rapid-onset power. Athletes weren't allowed to do these dangerously explosive plyos til they could squat heavy. Modern plyos use sport-specific skills w/sport-specific loads. If those are plyos, athletes have did them long before they had a name. It's called practice!

This is definitely agility training. Its because they're many fast small movements. not one big fast movement like olympic lifting, look it up.

plyometrics uses something called the body's stretch reflex response (which you can only get from those big movements i mentioned).
this is speed-coordination, and same with that other video. it's okay if you dont know what plyometrics are.
