Yes, this is physically exerting, but there's a lot of "down time" and moments where the fighters can catch their breath. Boxing is up to 36 minutes of constant movement in a stand up position, a lot more punches get thrown, and a lot more punches hit. Also, no clinched moments to take a breather. I know and love both sports, but boxing is plenty demanding,
