Mirror of Palutena was an April Fools joke. Somebody photoshoped some boxart and told people that it was coming out. Not very many people fell for it, though since the Photoshopped boxart looked absolutely horrible to anybody whose had any experience in image editing.

The title was almost a dead giveaway as well, since Myth of Light: Mirror of Palutena was the Japanese name for Kid Icarus.

Nintendo and Factor 5 were confirmed to have been developing a game,but announced that it was abandoned.

I had a blast playing this game. I can't figure out which one i like better, this or the one on N E S. I would recommend this game for sure. If you like Zelda, Mario, or Metroid you will enjoy this game, it's a combination of all 3

Yes Emerelds5. And rumor has it that there will be a third. Some of those rumors indicate a radical difference from the previous two. Kid Icarus has always had a mix of Zelda, Mario and Metroid francises, so I expect that in future, it'll be going 3D like them too, if it comes about.

He is very good at avoiding those pesky fireballs. I remember the first time I beat the small version of Orcos, I had hardly any health left and I was so thrilled I'd finally done it.

Due to Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters not released in Japan, the music from this Game Boy title wasn't added to Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Nintendo of Japan doesn't seem to care much about other Nintendo titles that are not released in Japan, like the StarTropics series, Gumshoe, Tin Star and several others.
